Our in-house and field staff are on hand to provide you with tailored advice on materials, colours, finishing options and the latest trends – all geared towards the specific requirements of your showroom. To complement our extensive brand portfolio, the ROSSKOPF basic range offers you an attractively priced selection that is available immediately. A fast sample service rounds off our impressive service range.
Our price list data is integrated into popular planning programmes such as Carat, Winner and KPS, so you can work out your costs quickly and easily. Structured checklists and clearly defined processing and service fees provide additional transparency and certainty. You will, of course, receive a binding approval drawing before production begins. Whether you need bespoke designs, custom-made products or something to suit specific requirements, our experienced technical order processing team is on hand to help with expert, reliable support.
Our manufacturing process combines a wealth of experience with state-of-the-art technology – resulting in impressively precise worktops, crafted with care. Once you have given your approval, we will manufacture the product to your exact specifications, efficiently and with absolute attention to detail. The final quality control check ensures that every element is just right.
Thanks to our own routing system, we can deliver products throughout Germany reliably and at an agreed frequency. To make sure they are transported as safely as possible, kitchen worktops and washbasins are packed securely in our specially designed wooden crates. In addition, our extended transport and assembly cover ensures that quality is maintained during transport, interim storage and assembly – for up to 60 days after delivery.
To ensure consistently accurate results, we offer a comprehensive package including both measurement and assembly. Measurements are taken on site after the kitchen units have been fitted and form the basis for our bespoke solutions. Once production is complete, our experienced service team will take care of the transport and professional assembly of worktops, wall connecting profiles and niche back panels directly on the customer’s premises. The measurement service can only be booked in conjunction with assembly by Rosskopf + Partner. Our service is available across Germany, and we can also carry out work on islands and abroad on request.
Through our Best Partner programme, we create real added value to help foster a close and successful partnership. You will benefit from real-time updates on your orders, a dedicated contact person, larger samples and the latest worktop finishes for your showroom. Our exclusive Best Partner seminars also offer regular insights into products, trends and marketing.
Solid surface, natural stone, quartz material or porcelain ceramic – each material has its own strengths. Together, we will find the right solution for every project: in terms of design, functionality and technology. This means that the worktops, washbasins and wall cladding we create will not only look good, but also stand the test of time under daily use.
