High-quality bathroom design featuring solid surface and porcelain ceramic

An exclusive bathroom design can create a personalised space for relaxation in the home. The key factor here is the choice of materials and how well they interact with one another. For this private home in Hessen, three bathrooms – the master en-suite, a children’s bathroom and a guest bathroom – were designed using a premium combination of solid surface and porcelain ceramic.

The warm grey shade ‘Pietra di Luna’ of the Neolith® walls and floor forms the basis of the interior design concept, with the porcelain-coloured washbasins providing a clear yet discreet contrast. Despite their different functions and dimensions, all three bathrooms draw on the same design concept, creating a distinctive and harmonious overall scheme that runs through the house.

Rosskopf + Partner made the bespoke washbasins out of solid surface material and adapted them individually to fit the dimensions of each room. Although different lengths and lavanto® basin shapes were used, all the washbasins have the same frontal view. This creates a consistent design theme across all three bathrooms.
