What were the challenges, and how did we come up with a solution?

For the Wellness-Therme FORTYSEVEN spa, the brief was to create a central lounging unit for up to ten people that would be not only functional but also visually appealing. The technical challenge lay in producing the complex shape in solid surface material to exact specifications and preparing it for assembly. Thanks to precise planning and meticulous manufacturing, we managed to successfully produce this integral feature of the relaxation area.

What steps had to be taken to achieve this?

The lounging feature was engineered and machined, manufactured from Corian® and prepared for assembly. Design details such as the integrated heating system and the premium quality of the finishes were taken into account.
