Hotel Elysee in Paris
In the heart of the Champs Elysées district in Paris, the Best Western Premier Elysée Secret enchants its guests with an extraordinary design concept; inspired by the boudoir of Marie Antoinette, it was conceived using Baroque elements in a modern design to characterize the interior. Rosskopf + Partner was responsible for the production of the unusual furniture made of solid surface material. In the immediate vicinity of the famous Champs-Elysées shopping boulevard, the boutique hotel Elysée Secret provides a special highlight on the hotel's Parisian skyline. Based on the plans of the Parisian architectural firm, Axel Schönert Architectes Associés, the old hotel portfolio was completely renovated in 2011, and a stylish 4-star hotel with the sophistication typical of Paris emerged. A particular challenge for the renovation was the comparatively small size of the six-storey hotel with around 600 m² of floor space. "Our goal was to make the best possible use of the available space while at the same time creating an unmistakable atmosphere," explained architect Axel Schoenert. "In this bustling metropolis, we wanted to create a retreat where one could dream and enjoy life."
