Innovative furniture for RTL news studio

The television station RTL has recently started to produce six news and magazine programmes in just one studio. The concept behind is innovative and ultra-modern: With a dynamically configurable 360° architecture, the studio can be adapted to the tv format without much effort. The internationally renowned architecture office Veech x Veech developed an elegant and bespoken furniture series to meet the specific presentation needs.

The studio furniture consists various iconic solid surface tables, which are used modularly and allow diverse spatial compositions. The futuristic-looking moderation tables are made of white and black solid surface material with inserted remote-controlled PlexiglasLED. For a consistent look the studion in Berlin, where the tv format "RTL Direkt" is produced, was equipped with tables from the same series. We planned and produced the studio furniture in cooperation with Schiffer+Farber Dekorationsbau GmbH.
