Assessment of Needs and Consulting
Many appealing designs move along the borderline of the feasible; that is the nature of things. Therefore, architects and their clients must be clear as to whether an idea can even be realized. We are able to tell you what is feasible and what is not, thus saving you long discussions, nerves, time and money.
Objectively and independently, we determine which services are necessary for Rosskopf + Partner to realize your designs perfectly. No matter how big or small your project – as a manufacturing partner – we want to support you optimally without selling you services that you and the project do not need. We will do feasibility studies for you to determine if and how your project can be implemented. And we often find solutions to ideas where others would give up at the design stage.
Calculation and Construction
If necessary, we can also help you with tenders or create offers from a single source – even for external areas, such as electrical installations, plumbing, and so on.
The foundation for accurate calculation that gives you the highest level of financial security and reliability is perfect engineering design. We do this with common CAD programs or with the CAD data you supply.
Our decades of experience enable us to provide precise and well-grounded cost estimates, even for complex projects. Not infrequently, our specialists make suggestions on how customer requirements can be implemented even less expensively through intelligent detailed solutions – of course, leaving the high quality of the project unchanged.
Project Management and Engineering
Our project engineers all have many years of international experience and comprehensive design and processing expertise.
The scope of project management is always variable and – depending on your requirements – can be adapted to the respective task. We are able to assume responsibility for project management and, at the same time, integrate ourselves seamlessly into the process chain of our customers to support their respective project managers thoroughly in accomplishing their tasks. From offering technical advice to our free sampling service, from prototype production to the planning and merging of trades beyond solid surface material installation (such as electricity / light, water / sanitary), to shouldering the responsibility for construction management, you can always count on us.

Transport and Assembly
Through in-depth knowledge in packaging and transport, we guarantee the utmost care during the entire transport process. If necessary, we create special packaging. That way, the most complex geometries can be perfectly packaged and transported safely to their destination. Our experienced employees are familiar with international customs and logistics procedures as well as with regional customs and language requirements in each individual target market.
