Registration

Your registration should be in our office in writing at least 4 weeks before the seminar begins.

Registration Confirmation

After we receive your written registration and the seminar fees, you will promptly receive a registration confirmation from us. Registrations are taken into consideration in the order received. The number of participants is limited to 14. Participation is only possible if the complete seminar fee has been received at least 14 days before the seminar begins.  Approximately 10 days before the seminar begins, you will receive additional information regarding the seminar (agenda, start and end times, name of the instructor, directions to the training location, and hotel reservations). 

Seminar Fee

The fee for the Solid Surface Material Seminar or the Quartz Material Seminar is 349 EUR plus the current local tax. The seminar fee includes one evening meal, one overnight stay, and the cost of meals during the seminar for each participant. The cost of travel to and from the location of the seminar is to be paid by the participant.
 

Cancellation

Should we receive notice that you wish to cancel your registration less than 14 days before the seminar begins, we will bill you for 50 % of the participation fee. For unannounced cancellations, you will be billed for the full amount.

If you are able to find someone to replace you as a participant in the same seminar, the course prerequisites will be deemed fulfilled, and you will not be billed for cancellation costs.

 
Cancellation by the R+P Academy

If the number of participants who register is insufficient, we retain the right to cancel a seminar up to 8 days before it commences. Nonetheless, we will attempt to offer you alternate dates for the seminar that was cancelled.


Liability

The progression of the seminar is determined by the seminar program. However, we retain the right to name a replacement instructor and to modify the content of the seminar material to a small degree without changing the overall character of the seminar.

Should a seminar be cancelled due to illness of an instructor or for any unforeseen reason, there is no legal responsibility to present the seminar at the scheduled time.

In this case, the R+P Academy and Rosskopf & Partner AG is not liable to provide compensation for the cost of travel or loss of work.

The seminars provided by the R+P Academy are diligently prepared and presented with the highest possible degree of commitment by instructors who have significant expertise in their fields.

Regardless of the legal grounds, R+P Academy is liable only once and up to the full price of the seminar for any intentional or grossly negligent damages caused by the academy or its employees.  

Any additional responsibility or liability for any secondary resulting damages is not possible.

R+P Academy, Rosskopf & Partner AG, the instructors, and trainers cannot be held liable for any loss or damages to personal property (valuables, etc.) of participants, nor can they be held responsible for any accidents in which any of the participants may be involved.

Participation Confirmation

Each seminar participant will receive an R+P Academy participation certificate.

The R+P Academy retains all rights to the seminar materials and the exercise units. Seminar materials and exercise units may not be reproduced, modified, translated –especially using electronic systems – processed, copied, or distributed, even partially or for instruction purposes, without the written consent of the R+P Academy.
